Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on the RegCheck Website (www.regcheck.co.nz), a service offered by Auto Information Limited trading as RedBook New Zealand (RedBook). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

(a) RegCheck reports, vehicle history reports, valuations and other digital products are supplied electronically and are deemed delivered once they have been made available to the purchaser.

(b) Due to the nature of digital products and services, purchases are generally non-refundable once a report or valuation has been generated, supplied or accessed.

(c) If you believe a report or valuation has been generated in error, contains incorrect vehicle identification information, or you have been charged incorrectly, you must contact RegCheck as soon as reasonably practicable. We will investigate the matter and, at our sole discretion, may provide a replacement report, corrective action, credit, or refund where appropriate.

(d) Requests relating to returns, refunds or billing issues should be directed to [email protected].

(e) Refunds will not be provided where the report or valuation accurately reflects the information available from RedBook and its data sources at the time of generation, or where the purchaser has simply changed their mind or no longer requires the report or valuation.

(f) Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
